EARLY ARRIVALS:

Check in time 2pm. Clients requiring confirmed early check-in are advised to book the previous nights accommodation. We require pre-registration of accommodation for early morning arrivals

LATE DEPARTURES:

Check out time is 11am – late departures may be obtained on request

PAYMENT:

All reservations will be held only if full payment made, unless credit facilities have been previously arranged. The property must be notified 5 days in advance of arrival for refund of payment as per cancellation policy below

ACCOUNTS:

All clients who establish credit with Rainbow Beach Ultimate Camping must have payment forwarded to the property within 30 days

ON ARRIVAL:

Guests to present Agent’s “Paid in Full” voucher on check-in to the property

CANCELLATION FEES:

The right is reserved in the event of cancellation to charge the following fees

· Low Seasons:
Cancellations inside 8 days incur a 50% fee
Cancellations inside 4 days incur a 70% fee

· High Seasons:
Cancellations inside 8 days will incur a 100% fee

NO SHOWS:

100% of the total stay billed to the agent

SPECIAL NOTE:

All rates are subject to increase in the case of Government levies or taxation

No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions

Camping Permit cost will be added once number of people/nights are confirmed
